What This Is

An AI programme is only
as good as the people
running it.

Most AI training does one of two things: it teaches the boardroom to govern, or it teaches everyone to prompt. Neither alone moves a business. Prime Vanguard™ Training spans the whole organisation — five tracks pitched at the right level for each audience, from the end user opening a tool for the first time to the board signing off on the programme.

Every track is sector-specific, case-study driven, and built around the decisions and tasks that audience actually faces. No generic frameworks. No death-by-slide. Practical and relevant by design.

Delivered in-person or virtually. Mix and sequence tracks into a rollout for your organisation.

Every Track Includes
  • Sector-specific case studies for your industry
  • Pre-programme diagnostic survey (baseline)
  • Facilitated, hands-on workshops
  • Post-programme reference guide
  • 30-day follow-up Q&A session

The Five Tracks

Pitched at the right level
for every audience.

01

AI Adoption for Business End Users

The everyday adoption layer. Hands-on training that gets each function using AI confidently and safely on the work in front of them — delivered function by function.

All staff · by function Level: Foundational ½-day per function
  • MOD 01AI in Your Workflow — what the tools do, where they fit your actual day, and where they don't.
  • MOD 02Prompting That Works — writing instructions, giving context, and iterating to a usable output.
  • MOD 03Function Playbook — 5–8 real use cases for this team, drafted live on their own work.
  • MOD 04Safe & Sensible Use — what not to paste, hallucination checks, and when to verify.
  • MOD 05Make It a Habit — embedding AI into existing tools and routines, not adding a 12th tab.
Outcome: staff who use AI confidently and safely on real tasks the same week.
02

Responsible AI

The guardrails everyone shares. Plain-language training on safe, compliant, accountable AI use — with a deeper cut for the people who own risk and policy.

All staff + risk & compliance Level: Foundational–Intermediate ½-day / full-day
  • MOD 01Why Responsible AI Pays — the business case, not the lecture.
  • MOD 02Data, Privacy & Confidentiality — PDPA, the Australian Privacy Act, and PCPD in plain terms.
  • MOD 03Bias, Accuracy & Human-in-the-Loop — where models fail and who stays accountable.
  • MOD 04Acceptable Use in Practice — applying your AI use policy to real scenarios.
  • MOD 05Incident & Escalation — what to do when AI gets it wrong, and who to tell.
Outcome: a workforce that knows the guardrails — and a usable acceptable-use policy.
03

Advanced AI for Power Users

The multiplier layer. Intensive, hands-on training for the champions and builders who will create internal tools and unblock everyone around them.

Champions · builders · function AI leads Level: Advanced 1–2 days, hands-on
  • MOD 01Advanced Prompting & Context Design — structured prompts, system instructions, chaining.
  • MOD 02Automation & Agents — connecting tools, no- and low-code workflows, where agents fit.
  • MOD 03Working With Your Data — RAG basics, grounding outputs, document-aware assistants.
  • MOD 04Build Safely — testing, evaluation, cost and limits, what to hand to PrimeStream™ vs. DIY.
  • MOD 05Leading the Function — becoming the team's AI lead and running the champions network.
Outcome: internal champions who build and unblock others — your multiplier layer.
04

AI Council Activation

The governance starter. A working session that stands up an internal AI council — charter, roles, and intake decided in the room, not in a document nobody reads.

Function heads · senior managers Level: Intermediate (governance) 1-day workshop
  • MOD 01What an AI Council Is For — mandate, scope, and what it must not become.
  • MOD 02Charter & Roles — membership, decision rights, escalation paths, drafted live.
  • MOD 03Intake & Prioritisation — how requests come in, get scored, and get sequenced.
  • MOD 04Policy & Risk Ownership — who owns use policy, vendor sign-off, and incidents.
  • MOD 05Operating Rhythm — cadence, reporting up to the board, and the first 90 days.
Outcome: a chartered AI council that meets the following week — and graduates naturally into Vanguard Advisory™.
05

AI for Leaders

The executive programme. Builds the capability for your leadership to govern AI — to evaluate vendors, structure accountability, manage regulatory risk, and report meaningfully to the board.

C-suite · MDs · board members Level: Executive 1–3 days or 3–6 half-days
  • MOD 01AI Literacy for Executives — capabilities, vendor claims, and implementation reality.
  • MOD 02Governance Frameworks — committees, accountability, and decision rights.
  • MOD 03Risk & Regulatory — operational, reputational, and regulatory risk with APAC frameworks.
  • MOD 04Vendor Evaluation — RFP structure, PoC design, contract terms, and negotiation.
  • MOD 05Building Internal Capability — hire, upskill, or partner, and the build-vs-buy decision.
  • MOD 06Board Reporting & Culture — metrics that matter and reporting without theatre.
Outcome: leaders who govern AI, not just approve it.
