Vendor Disclosure

How we manage vendor relationships and referral arrangements — and the commitments that keep every recommendation independent.

Prime 73 Strategy participates in vendor partner and affiliate programs. These arrangements can generate referral income when a client we advise adopts a recommended platform. We think clients deserve to know that plainly — and to know exactly how we keep it from affecting the advice we give.

We assess first. We disclose always. The commission follows the recommendation — never the other way around.

Our commitments

Assessment before arrangementWe only hold partner arrangements for platforms we would recommend on merit. Your PRIME Framework™ assessment drives the recommendation; the arrangement never shapes it.

Disclosure by default, not on requestWhere a vendor is relevant to a recommendation in your engagement, we disclose the relationship in writing — in your engagement letter and in the AIRA Report — before you act on it.

Commission never ranks a recommendationWhere two platforms are comparable on merit, we never weight our advice toward the higher-commission option. Recommendations must be supportable by your assessment scores and use-case requirements.

Your interest governs every conflictIf an arrangement creates any actual or perceived conflict with your best interest, we decline it — or, if it is already in place, disclose it and recuse ourselves from that specific recommendation.

What we never do

  • Accept payment from a vendor to run or promote an assessment — your assessment fees are paid by you, never by a vendor.
  • Enter exclusive arrangements that require recommending one vendor or prohibit recommending competitors.
  • Receive undisclosed referral income on any recommendation made in your engagement.
  • Rank, select, or present a recommendation on the basis of commission rate.
